Place all the ingredients in a
food processor fitted with a metal blade and process until well
blended.
Alternatively, mash all the
ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl.
Taste; then add more lemon juice
or Tabasco sauce, if desired.
This versatile mixture can be used as a
sauce for steamed vegetables, pasta, grains, or potatoes. It's also a
great dip for crisp carrot and zucchini sticks, bell pepper strips,
cauliflower and broccoli flowerets, and toasted pita wedges.
