Rub steak
with one of the marinade; refrigerate, covered, until 10 minutes before
ready to serve. Preheat broiler. Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick
cooking spray. Place steak on prepared broiler rack; broil 4" from heat,
turning once, 3-5 minutes on each side or until done to taste. Thinly
slice steak across the grain; serve with juices that accumulate while
slicing.
