Cut the
drumsticks open on one end to separate the meat from the bone. Push the
meat to the other end. Add marinade and mix well. Leave them for 15
minutes. Dice chili. Deep fry drumsticks in hot oil until done. Drain
and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in wok. Sautee chili and salt until
fragrant. Return drumsticks to the wok and toss well. Serve the
drumsticks as snacks. Chicken wing drumsticks make convenient finger
food in cocktails.
