Rub 1 tsp of
salt on the chicken. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Cut bean sheet
rolls into sections. Steam for 5 minutes until translucent. Let cool.
When chicken is cooled, tear the meat into thin strips. Unroll bean
sheet rolls and arrange chicken strips on top. Mix wasabi sauce
ingredients well. Serve the sauce with the chicken and bean sheet rolls.
Wasabi in
tube is convenient. If powdered wasabi is used, mix well with ice water
first.
