Mix together the stout, evaporated and
condensed milks, sherry and vanilla essence in a blender or food
processor, or whisk together in a large mixing bowl, until creamy. Add a
little grated nutmeg to the stout mixture and blend or whisk again for a
few minutes. Chill for at least 45 minutes until really cold before
serving.
